Headed to Cambodia

Hey friends!

Thank you for supporting me in my calling to go to the nations! Check out my ministry updates below.

WHAT'S HAPPENING

I leave for Cambodia TOMORROW! My time during the lecture phase portion of my Discipleship Training School has been so sweet! We have spent the last 11 weeks learning, growing, and being equipped to share the good news in the nations. Tomorrow begins the outreach portion of the school, where I will utilize my training on the mission field!

So what will I be doing in Cambodia and what does ministry look like?

Cambodia is mainly a Buddhist country located in Southeast Asia, with only 2% of the population being Christian. During my three months spent in Cambo, I will be working in a couple different ministries, with the main focus being kids ministry. I will be given the opportunity to teach, evangelize, preach, and so much more. I am going with a team of 10 people, 8 students and 2 leaders, and our mission is to build relationships with the Khmer people and to plant seeds in their hearts.

I am so beyond excited to spend this next season of my life in Cambodia with some of my favorite people. I have full faith that the Lord is going to do AMAZING things, both in the natural and supernatural!

PRAYER REQUESTS

I will be needing constant prayer while I am in Cambodia! I will be sharing personal and team prayer requests, as well as what the nation itself is needing prayer for.

Pray for safe travels for my team and I as we head to Cambodia. We will be traveling for a total of about 38 hours, so prayers for rest and patience as we go!

Pray for us to have confidence and boldness to share the gospel with the Khmer people.

Pray that all fear of man would be broken, and we would only have fear of the Lord.

Pray that the spirit of passivity would be gone in Cambodia.

And lastly, pray that the Lord would already begin to soften the hearts of the Khmer people. That they would be open and receptive to hear what we have to say.
